Less than 20 miles from Uptown Charlotte, Lake Norman, the largest manmade lake in North Carolina, features a surrounding residential community that is rich in culture, history, and community events.

Each address gives residents access to 520 miles of shoreline, and some homes feature boat storage and slips. There are swimming pools and tennis courts, too, and an on-site golf course surrounds some communities.
 
Nearby Huntersville features a mix of residences and retail, as well as many historic cultural attractions. There are plenty of dining and shopping options, and parks offer an up-close and personal relationship with nature. Community events and festivals gather residents together annually.

Lake Norman State Park features a popular mountain biking network, offering 30.5 miles of trails. There’s also a beach and bathhouse here, as well as a family campground. Davidson Farmers Market operates year-round next to the town hall between Main and Jackson streets, and many Lake Norman residents frequent the Renaissance Festival, a 25-acre renaissance-themed amusement park and one of the largest Renaissance fairs in America.
