As a REALTOR® with The Sears Group, you’ll help buyers and sellers navigate the Charlotte market with confidence — from first contact to closing. You’ll work independently with the support of our full team infrastructure, while representing The Sears Group brand with professionalism and integrity.
Prospect, generate, and nurture leads through strategic outreach and client service.
Guide clients through buying, selling, and negotiation processes from contract to closing.
Prepare and present competitive offers, negotiate on behalf of clients, and manage transaction paperwork.
Conduct market research, prepare listing proposals, and advise clients on pricing and positioning.
Schedule and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings across Greater Charlotte.
Maintain current knowledge of local market trends, inventory, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Sears Group team members to share insights, best practices, and referral opportunities.
Active NC Real Estate License; REALTOR® designation required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Goal-driven with excellent organization, time management, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
