Meet Wayne Sears

Wayne Sears is a North Carolina licensed real estate broker who brings over 13 years of sales and client focused experience from the modular space and construction industry. He applies this background in his real estate practice by helping people make thoughtful decisions related to space and value that fit their housing goals. Much of his career has been spent working closely with clients to design and provide modular spaces that support how people live and work within a community. This has sharpened his understanding of how layout, flow, and function impact daily life. 

 

Wayne graduated from Eckerd College with a degree in Business Management and Leadership Studies and was a four year collegiate basketball player. Sports have always played a big role in his life and have helped shape his work ethic while reinforcing a team first mindset. He brings that same approach into his real estate career by staying prepared, communicating clearly, and remaining calm and focused when it matters most, especially during negotiations. 

 

Wayne takes a hands on, consultative approach built on trust, transparency, and follow through. He believes the best results come from listening first, educating clients along the way, and working together toward a shared goal. Before settling in Charlotte, he lived and worked in four major U.S. cities, giving him a unique relocation perspective and a strong understanding of how changing locations, lifestyles, and priorities factor into real estate decisions. With a solid foundation in client service, space planning, and strategic decision making, Wayne is committed to guiding buyers, sellers, and investors with confidence and care from the first conversation through closing. 

 

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys hiking, catching live music, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and their dog, making the most of the community and lifestyle that first drew him to Charlotte.
