Marc C. Sears is an experienced Realtor and Mortgage Broker with a strong track record in guiding clients through the complexities of real estate and home financing transactions. As a Mortgage Advisor with TSG Home Loans (TSGHL), powered by Edge Home Finance, he excels in relationship management, client consultation, and loan origination.

In addition to Marc’s role at TSGHL, he is a licensed Realtor® and serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Sears Group LLC, where he facilitates residential and commercial property transactions. Marc is known for his exceptional client relations, comprehensive market analysis, and being a trusted resource to both clients and colleagues. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Morehouse College, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Wilmington University with an emphasis in Public Policy. He is also a Certified Community Lender through the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA).

Outside of his professional life, Marc enjoys traveling, and is an avid Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets, and Charlotte FC fan. He is an enthusiastic reader who enjoys a wide range of genres. Most importantly, Marc treasures spending quality time with his family.
