Meet Lorraine Phillips

Lorraine Phillips-Browne is a passionate new Real Estate professional and Notary Public dedicated to helping her clients find their perfect homes. She is particularly attuned to the needs of first-time home buyers and relocation clients, drawing from her personal experience of moving from Trinidad to New York and then to Charlotte. Her mission is to make the home-buying process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, by providing personalized attention to each of her Clients, ensuring that they feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Outside of work, she loves cooking, discovering new informative podcasts, and traveling. Lorraine is a proud mother of a 21-year-old son and enjoys the company of her lively 3-year-old Feist puppy. Her enthusiasm and commitment to her clients make her an asset on any real estate journey.
