Born and raised in Charlotte NC, Latonia Winston is a true Carolina girl. From academics, to sports, and extra curricular activities, Latonia has had the opportunity to learn, grow and excel in all of these areas. Time spent at North Mecklenburg, Victory Christian, Western Carolina, and UNCC has equipped her with the fundamentals in being a team player, assisting the community, and treating everyone as family as true southern hospitality would present.

Latonia's passion has always been helping others to achieve what they may have never thought possible. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel heard, valued, and to have the best possible home purchasing or selling experience.
