Meet Duane Lee

Originally from Philadelphia, Duane Lee brings more than 20 years of experience as a railroad locomotive engineer to his career in real estate. It was a profession that required dedication, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility, qualities that continue to shape the way he serves his clients today.

Although Duane built his career in the Northeast, North Carolina has always felt a little like home. Both of his parents were born and raised in Greensboro, and throughout his life, family visits gave him a special connection to the state, its people, and its sense of community. He always believed that one day he would call North Carolina home, and today, he is proud to do just that.

Real estate has given Duane the opportunity to combine his strong work ethic with something he genuinely enjoys: helping people. He understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction. It can represent a new beginning, a major life change, or the realization of a long-held goal. His priority is making sure his clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported from their first conversation through closing day.

Duane approaches each client relationship with patience, honesty, and attention to the details that matter. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, relocating to North Carolina, selling a property, or simply trying to understand their options, he wants them to know they have someone in their corner who will listen, communicate, and help guide them through the process.

Outside of real estate, Duane enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, discovering new restaurants, traveling, staying active at the gym, attending local Cars and Coffee events, and listening to good music. He also enjoys meeting new people and becoming more connected to the community he now calls home.
